Shipping Policy

Postage and handling on all merchandise items is free. All merchandise is sent Standard Australia Post.

Postage is free on all Paper items (prints and watercolours on paper) These items will be rolled and sent in Australia Post Tubes. Please make an enquiry for different postage requirements.

All artwork items are unique and require individual packaging and shipping costs. Please discuss your individual needs through the enquiry button.  

All freight costs on artwork are ex: Cairns – where our storage facility is located. If for some reason you don’t hear from us, please email Diann Lui at manager@erubarts.com.au

Refund Policy

Please choose your work carefully, we do not process refunds. All artwork is photographed at the time of packing – please discuss insurance with Diann Lui, Art Centre Manager.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please choose your work carefully. The profit from all artwork is directly distributed back to the artist, we all appreciate your contribution to the community. If you see something you like and it has sold please contact the Erub Team and we can advise you whether there is a similar work available. Likewise, Erub artists are happy to consider commissions.
