Shipping Policy

All prices are currently in Australian Dollars – AUD. A flat rate of $20 within Australia and $45 for Overseas applies to the following categories:

Tshirts/Polos, Fashion/Fabric, Merchandise, Jewellery & Publications. Additional costs apply to multiple items.

Due to irregular shape & weight, freight and sales for the following categories is through “Make an Enquiry”: Ghost Net, Ceramics, Paintings/Drawings.

Refund Policy

Please choose your work carefully, we do not process refunds. All artwork is photographed at the time of packing – please discuss insurance with Diann Lui, Art Centre Manager.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please choose your work carefully. The profit from all artwork is directly distributed back to the artist, we all appreciate your contribution to the community. If you see something you like and it has sold please contact the Erub Team and we can advise you whether there is a similar work available. Likewise, Erub artists are happy to consider commissions.
